As the Chief Strategy Officer of Conkistadores – neoCK, he had the privilege to support a two-year journey of transformation during the pandemic. This journey included revisiting the organization’s purpose, leading its rebranding (changing Conkistadores to neoCK), and overseeing its digitalization. His strategic role contributed to a 50% yearly revenue growth, a 0% people turnover rate, and the winning of the 2021 Leadership award in the Leadership & Innovation category for people management in Extremadura.
Since 2020, Hugo has been an invited teacher at The Lisbon MBA, recognized as a TOP 25 in Europe and TOP 100 MBA in the world by the Financial Times rankings, being also #2 in the world in international experience. He’s also an invited teacher at the Leading and Energizing Teams for High Performance executive program at the Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, an European top 30 Business school.
In addition, Hugo has supported the transition to self-management for several organizations as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. He has also partnered closely with numerous teams and organizations to adopt more agile and collaborative cultures, helping to create environments where innovation and teamwork can thrive.
